2. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, create the content you request, publish content you approve, send service emails (such as verification codes and account notices), answer support requests, notify you when paid plans open if you joined the waitlist, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with your consent (for example, waitlist emails), and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, content delivery and security (for example Cloudflare), email delivery, AI model processing, social media publishing and payments. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards, including for international transfers.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only cookies and local storage that are needed for the site to work (for example, keeping you logged in, remembering your language and theme) and for security (such as bot protection). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
