Wisppilot Academy / Lesson 3 of 9

My Company: teach Wisppilot your brand

Set up your brand profile once — DNA, logo, colours, voice, music, call to action — and every video and post uses it.

Transcript

Open My Company. These are the most valuable ten minutes you'll spend in Wisppilot, because everything here is reused automatically in every video and every post. Start with your company DNA: three to five sentences about what you do, who you serve and what makes you different. Write it the way you'd explain it to a new employee. Wisppilot's strategist and copywriter read it before every script, so it shapes the tone, the examples and the message. Add your website, phone number, email and address. Later, post by post, you decide which of these appear on screen. Upload your logo. A PNG with a transparent background works best. Wisppilot adds it to your videos and visual posts. Then add your brand colours. They're used for subtitles, highlights and design elements, so your content looks like you, not like a template. Choose a voice for your voice-over. Listen to the samples, pick a male or female voice, and set the tone: friendly, energetic, calm or premium. Add your own music if you have it, and an intro and outro if your brand uses them. Write your call to action, for example: learn more at easymarketingschool.org. It's added at the end of your videos. Finally, choose how the people in your videos should look: from a specific country, or international. Then connect Telegram. It takes one click, and it's where your finished videos arrive and where you approve, publish and schedule them. Save, and you're done. You only do this once, and you can come back and change anything whenever your brand changes. Next, let's make sure you never run out of ideas.
