Wisppilot Academy / Lesson 2 of 9

Your dashboard in three minutes

Find your way around: the catalog, creating videos and posts, topics, scheduled posts, the archive and your balance.

Transcript

After you sign up with your work email, you get a client code and a password, and you land here, on your dashboard. On the left is everything you'll use. Video Catalog shows the styles you can create. Create Video and Create Image Post are where new content starts. Topics holds your ideas, from the topic bank to special days. Scheduled Posts lists what's going out and when. The Archive keeps every finished video and post. And My Company is your brand profile. We'll fill it in the next lesson. At the top, you'll always see your balance. Videos are counted in seconds, so a fifteen-second Reel uses fifteen seconds of your balance. Visual posts are counted one by one. Let's open the Video Catalog. Every card is a style: clean motion graphics, three-D miniature worlds, glass-like premium designs, hand-drawn stick figures and cinematic history scenes. Click a card to watch a real sample, and save the styles you like to your favourites. You can switch the dashboard language at any time, and there's a dark mode if you prefer it. Under User Documentation, you'll find the rules of the service, like how revisions work. That's the whole map. Next, let's teach Wisppilot about your brand, because the better your profile, the better every video and post will be.
