These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wisppilot, available at https://wisppilot.com (the “Service”), operated by Wisppilot (“Wisppilot”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
1. The Service
Wisppilot is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses plan social media content and generate videos, visual posts, captions and related materials with artificial intelligence, and schedule and publish that content to connected social media accounts.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, use a work email address that you control, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these Terms.
3. Free demo
New business accounts may receive a one-time free demo balance. The demo is limited per company and per network, has no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
4. Plans and balance
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or every 6 months in advance. Each plan includes a monthly balance of video seconds and visual posts, shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Unused balance does not roll over to the next billing period unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
5. Payment, billing and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells the subscription to you, processes the payment, issues invoices and receipts, calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT where applicable, and processes refunds. By completing a purchase you also agree to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms. Prices are listed in US dollars; depending on your location, checkout may show the amount in your local currency. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location and shown at checkout before you pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. For billing questions, email [email protected].
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, either through the subscription management options provided by Dodo Payments for your order or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan and balance remain available until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content and connected accounts
You keep all rights to the materials you upload (such as logos, photos, product information and videos) and to the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process those materials only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for what you publish to your social media accounts. When you connect a social media account, you authorise us to publish content you approve or schedule on your behalf, in line with that platform's terms.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes the rights of others, impersonates any person or organisation, or violates the rules of the social media platforms. In particular, you may not create deepfakes, clone or imitate the voice or likeness of a real person without their consent, make misleading or unverifiable claims, send spam, or use the Service to fake reviews or artificially inflate engagement. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
9. AI-generated content
Content is generated with AI models and may contain errors or unexpected results. Nothing is published without your approval, and you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
